Declaration of Candidacy must be turned in, in person, between June 2, 2025 and June 6, 2025 at 5:00pm.
The qualifications for a candidate: 1. Be a legal United States Citizen; 2. Be at least 18 years old; 3. Be a registered voter of the municipality; 4. Be a resident of the municipality or recently annexed area for 12 consecutive months immediately preceding the date of the election. (USC 10-3-301; 20A-9-203)
